US, Press Release | Dec 12, 2018 1:45:00 PM

Hydrofinity have today announced the transfer of their USA commercial laundry customer base to an extended network of Affinity Partners, with whom they have signed a series of regional agreements for full-service distribution services.

In Phase One of this move, in early November, Hydrofinity signed an agreement with Eastern Laundry Services (ELS) covering New England, New York and New Jersey, and another with Your Laundry Source in Georgia, who cover their home state as well as Alabama and South Carolina.

They have today announced a further raft of partnerships:

  • Viking Services, SAESPY and ECW - covering California;
  • Clean Source - covering Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona
  • RJ Kool - covering the Mid West
  • Consolidated Laundries - covering Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina
  • Tippett - covering Maryland and Delaware
  • Mill Creek - covering Pennsylvania

These regional distributors will now service all existing and future Hydrofinity customers in the US, with significant savings accruing to the company. They will continue to stock and sell Hydrofinity commercial washing machines, featuring groundbreaking Xeros Technologies.

Most importantly, this deal ensures support and service is of the highest standard, and provided in a timely manner by expert local partners who fully understand the challenges and priorities of Hydrofinity customers in their area.

Mark Nichols, Chief Executive at Xeros, said:

"These agreements in the US follow similar agreements recently signed covering China, Dubai and South Africa. They will enable our Hydrofinity business to increase revenues from a lower cost base whilst continuing to provide customers with excellent service."
